You have surely heard a lot about our beautiful city Graz. Who lived here and who is buried here? What can the old houses and alleys tell us? We will walk through the city together and visit the places you might have heard about at school. We will solve riddles and tell you secrets (that your teachers probably don’t know) and chat a bit about what else you want to discover.
The tour is especially suitable for 3rd and 4th grade elementary school. You can choose between a tour of the old town or a tour of the castle hill, including a visit to the clock tower and the bell tower. We will be happy to discuss with the teacher in advance which topics should be covered and which places should not be missed. We will also be happy to advise you on any additional programs or visits (Zeughaus, Eggenberg Palace, Graz Museum, etc.) in addition to the tour and “add our two cents” if desired.
About this tour:
What is a “free tour”?
The free tours take place on pre-set dates with a minimum of 10 participants. You can decide how much you want to pay! If you like the tour, we will be happy to receive an appropriate tip at the end of the tour.
What is a “young tour”?
Our young tours are customisable thematic tours. The content couldn’t be more different and neither could our guides. But what’s best – our Young Tours may be combined, extended, and altered – please feel free to specify the date, time, meeting point etc.
NB: Unlike our free tours, our young tours are not held free of charge but instead customized to your liking.
