#57 Lucky charms
We wish you all the best for the new year. 2025 is just going to be great! For that extra portion of luck, it’s worth buying special lucky charms from Graz and not the plastic stuff that everyone has anyway. We’ll be happy to tell you where we found the most beautiful and funniest lucky charms.
Lucky Charms made in Graz:
1
Lucky Bar
Every year, Kwirl comes up with something new, so you're sure to find the most unusual lucky charms that will be the talk of the New Year's Eve party. This year we opted for the mini seed bombs, aren't they beautiful to look at and also useful?
2
Lucky Ducks
It doesn't always have to be pigs, how about lucky ducklings from Ducks?
3
Wooden Pigs
And if you insist on lucky pigs, then the much nicer, more sustainable, more meaningful option is to buy a small pig made of wood from the workshops of the Barmherzige Brüder. Each pig (and other animals) is hand-carved and painted there.
4
Lucky Places
You could also give a whole book full of happiness. You can buy the Glücksorte books in almost every bookshop in Graz, or at Offline Retail, Frida und Fred, Graz Tourismus or directly at Discover Graz, if you write us an email.
5
Luck to go
It can sometimes be a nuisance to have so many lucky charms lying around all year round. One option is to collect them and give them away yourself next year, a lucky charm second hand exchange party. Or you could give away lucky charms that can be eaten on the spot. You could buy boring chocolate coins, or what is much better: cake pops from Loana Cake Away, marzipan pigs from the Hofbäckerei or even a whole lucky cake from Caramello, which tastes fantastic and is entertaining at the same time, because who will find the lucky charm in it?

Pigs
Every pig made at daLoam is a unique work of art. Something you should not only show off on New Year's Eve, but marvel at all year round.
